These general Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between us and you. They do not affect your statutory rights. Please read them carefully. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
To order goods on our website, you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. All orders placed on our website will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail. We require an accurate, valid email address from you so that we may send you an Order Processing Notification. If you do not provide an accurate, valid email address to us when placing your order we do not accept any responsibility for your failure to receive an Order Processing Notification or any communication relating to Order Acceptance Events that follow thereafter.
Please note that verbal and/or electronic acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance. Your order will be accepted and the creation of a legally binding contract between you and us will take place once the goods have been dispatched or collected. (Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will inform you in-person or by telephone or e-mail.) When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any received from credit reference agency checks. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions. We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method or suggest that you visit our store.
The total price payable will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers' prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been acknowledged.
We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices are inclusive of VAT but do not include delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time the order is placed. Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotional reasons are only valid for the period specified.
Once we have received your order and payment, our staff will pick, pack and dispatch the item, they will be delivered by a courier service of our choosing. We will aim to do this the same day (stock levels permitting) for all orders Mon-Sat (excl Bank Holidays).
All information provided on the products on this website is intended as a guide only. Dimensions and weights are only approximate, as are colours. If you are ordering goods that are out of stock we will dispatch them when they are received from our supplier.
On occasion goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. As such, delivery cannot be guaranteed and any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

Delivery is charged as priced on each order. Once you have placed an order we aim to dispatch the next working day (stock levels permitting) depending on the time the order was placed. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost.
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays.
We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. ( It is your responsibility to provide us with your correct address details, we accept no responsibility if you supply us with an incorrect address so please check carefully before you send us your order.) Delivery Charges
UK Standard: £3.95 for small items less than 2kgs unless otherwise stated. (Other items will be individually priced for delivery.) Standard Delivery to UK Mainland 3-5 Working Days can take up to 7 days in busy periods. This service covers all of the UK including Highlands & Islands.
CLICK AND COLLECT
Click and collect option is for Our Local Customers whereby you can order and pay online and collect your order from our Rawtenstall store: Coco & Co Boutique, 66 Bank Street, Rawtenstall, Rossendale. Lancashire. BB4 8EG Anytime after 12 noon the following day stock levels permitting.
Alternatively you can order and pay online and then we can locally deliver your goods free of charge with prior arrangement by telephone.
RETURNS POLICYWe hope you love your purchases from Coco & Co Boutique but in the unlikely event that you change your mind you have a right to return all or part of your order to us within 7 days and we will provide you with a refund minus p & p.
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped to you, you may do so but it must be within 24 hours of ordering.
Before sending your returns back to us please ensure that your items are unused and in resalable condition and with all its original labelling and packaging intact. We are unable to accept returns of used goods and these will be returned to you at your own cost.
We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund in the event that the handling of the goods has diminished the value of the goods returned. PLEASE NOTE you will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us and we cannot be held responsible and will not accept liability for lost products being returned to us that go missing in the post, we recommend that all returns are sent RECORDEDDELIVERY by you.

You should inspect the products upon receipt and check that everything is included.
You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem or you cancel your order in accordance with your cancellation right and/or you return the products in accordance with our returns policy and procedure.
If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the products at a later date.
RETURNING DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
We ensure each of our products is checked thoroughly and documented prior to being dispatched, however, in the unlikely event you receive an item which is damaged or faulty we will provide you with a full refund or exchange.
Claims will only be settled after the faulty products have been returned to us with the nature of the fault clearly stated.
Prior to returning your goods please email us at email@example.com with a photo and description of the fault for your return to be authorised. We will not refund any postage costs for unauthorised returns.
Any item(s) returned with damage caused by the customer (from personal use, wear or insufficient packaging when returning the item(s) shall be returned to the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the above procedures have not been followed.
Once we have received your return we will process your refund which you should receive it within four weeks but in most cases you will receive your refund sooner. This time period allows for your designated return shipper to deliver your returns back to us, time for us to process your returns and then the time it takes your bank or payment provider to process our refund request to you.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We are required by law to inform you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
We are a member of Rawtenstall Chamber of Commerce. All correspondence must be in English. Our usual opening hours are Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays)
